We exist to offer accommodation and restaurants, following the legacy of quality hotels and with a close and familiar approach, which is one of the distinguishing features that make up the most authentic Costa Brava.
We continue with the legacy of its founders, Mr. Jordi Comas and Mrs. Carme Hospital, which imbues our services with the luxury of the little things: proximity, feeling at home, having current, unique and comfortable spaces, with a calm and serene environment, from where you can enjoy new and memorable experiences.
We have a feminine soul. The owner, Mrs. Carme Hospital, is an enterprising woman who started more than 60 years ago one of the most ambitious and innovative projects on the Costa Brava, betting on a profound transformation of her establishments. She also represents the role of women in tourism and is an example for all women in the sector.

We are strengthening the pillars of quality working in accordance with methodical and orderly management and operations, but at the same time innovative, which follows the most current trends in the hotel industry.
Our services are also permeated with the methodology and engine of change proposed by the philosophy of continuous improvement, in order to be competitive in the global world, uncertain and with constant changes.
The continuous improvement model, based on the ISO 9001:2015 Standard, generates a series of management and measurement mechanisms to guarantee that, at all times, quality requirements are met, always aimed at customer satisfaction.

We want to continue being a benchmark in the hotel industry in our country, with the values that define us: experience, treatment, commitment and pride of ownership. Among them are sustainability, hospitality and the promotion of the country’s products.
For our clientele, we offer loyalty, satisfaction, recognition and all the effort to ensure that their expectations are exceeded.
For our workers and workers, we also offer loyalty, internal training and personal and professional growth. But, at the same time, we also demand an empathetic service-oriented attitude. We ask for a 360º look in order to be able to offer the highest quality in our services and attentions.
For our collaborators, we offer continuous communication and receive them openly to attend to their proposals. We work with maximum transparency and an attitude for efficiency, and we fulfill and enforce the agreed processes and conditions. We make our decisions objectively, based on data and evidence. And we demand a good service, agile, diligent and professional, that they have a quality and innovative product, suitable to our needs, that is faithful to the levels we offer in our hotels and restaurants. We also request that the price of the service corresponds to the quality and the competitive environment, in order to achieve a loyalty relationship.
Regarding sustainability, we work to achieve maximum energy efficiency, to reduce the environmental impact and to contribute to the fight against climate change, which is of great concern to us. And we strive, every day, to offer our clients a friendly environment, as natural as possible, healthy and cared for. We want to have an impact on society by introducing a local gastronomic proposal.
We transfer our experience in the tourism industry to the entire tourism sector and society in general, through the Jordi Comas Matamala Foundation. The foundation, chaired by Mrs. Carme Hospital, preserves the memory of her husband and collects his legacy and has, as its main reason for being, to raise awareness about tourism through the various annual activities it organizes.
